He has been the National Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as well the Secretary General of the association of Housing and Corporation of Nigeria. His over 32 years experience in the profession both in the public and private sectors of the economy has adequately prepared him to take on any job of any magnitute anywhere in the world...Chief Akomolede is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution for Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Our Abuja branch is located along Herbert Macualay Street, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja which serves the Federal Capital Territory and the northern parts of the country. This office is also fully equipped with the latest communication technology including internet connection. We have a branch office located on the Lagos mainland at Opic Plaza, which covers our services outside the Lagos metropolis and the southern area of the country. Our offices are fully equipped with modern communication facilities and internet connection. He is a member of Island Club Lagos, where he has been the premises Adviser twice.He is widely travelled, Rotary Club of Ikoyi and Ikoyi Club 1938, and is frequently invited to give papers at National and International Conferences. He is a member of the Rating and Valuation Association of England and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He also attended the University of Reading UK, where he obtained a Masters degree in Urban Land Appraisal in 1983. He holds a BSc in Estate Management with Second Class Upper Honours from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife (1978).
