Ten years on, we can proudly say Mel Cakes n More has grown to become one of Nigerias foremost cake and confectionery outfits and we are known for quality and excellence in all we do...Now in its fourth year, the fair has become West Africas 1st International cake fair and one of the most popular cake and sugar craft events in Nigeria. In 2008, we saw the need to bring together and help develop the cake and confectionery business sector of the Nigeria Food Industry. With the growth of our business, we overtime added other services (such as events decoration) to what we did and established our Training Centre (Centre for Confectionery and Sugar craft Studies) to help pass the knowledge and skills to those who want to learn in a conducive atmosphere.
